At Yumnna, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us through our Contact page with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Items purchased on sale or with a discount code
- Intimate apparel and accessories for hygiene reasons
- Items that show signs of wear or damage
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was faulty or incorrect.
